For half the money this thing works just fine. I needed 1 SSD terrabite, and any alternative new, was more than 2X the price. I stuck in another SSD for back up. It does not have a tray, but these things are light so it just hangs in there with a nylon zip strip. There is a 3rd connection for data, which you can use.Now if you are not very experienced at installing this may be a bit overwhelming, but this is a very powerful machine. Even if you did not your mouse or keyboard: KEEP IT! just get yourself a cheap mouse and or keyboard, because this is a very good deal. When installing software, first download PatchMyPC and from there click all the programs you want. They will install quietly without all the nuisance of having to go to the different software websites. ENJOY

This thing is crazy fast & just an all around great value for the money.A new desktop with these kind of specs would easily run you 5x this price.I work 100% remote and must run three screens at all times & this computer handles it all without any problems. The bottom line is that this is a refurbished computer but for the price, it will far surpass your expectations!

Excellent computer! Small issue with malfunctioning CD burner- company was so proactive that they contacted us before we could reach out. Sent brand new unit in 1 day, called to make sure installation was issue free and that we were happy. Great product with customer service extraordinaire!!

I needed to upgrade to something that handled analog video capture and encoding better than my old i3 desktop but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a new one. This has all the specs I was looking for except maybe adding a video card later. The i7 handles it just fine, however, so I’m undecided whether I need to upgrade or not. The computer is almost silent through normal use but the fans will really kick in when encoding video. That’s to be expected though. The SSD was a brand I never heard of (Suneast) so I replaced it with a Samsung EVO to give me peace of mind and I’ll use the Suneast for extra storage. The original SSD may be fine but I didn’t want to take any chances.Other than that I’m very pleased with the overall performance and size. There are plenty of pci slots and USB ports. But keep in mind that this as a small form factor computer so shop accordingly for add-ons.The one I got came with a DVD Rom instead of a DVDRW. I called the seller directly whose number was on the flyer in the box. They immediately sent me a replacement HP DVDRW which I swapped out. They told me to just discard the old drive and not bother returning. Service good so far.Windows wouldn’t activate automatically at first so I had to enter the key on the sticker and it activated fine after that. This was a great choice for me so far.

Getting this computer has changed my life. I didn’t realize how much desktop computers had improved in the seven years since I bought my last one. With tons of solid state memory and a humongous hard drive, this thing is a monster. It starts up in a flash, is utterly soundless, and can execute commands in a fraction of the time it took my old one to do the same thing. One of the nicest things is that it comes without all that junk software that new computers come packaged with. It has Windows 10. That’s it. You take it from there. I love it! I had no idea I was going to get this much for my money.

You can’t even come close with a new PC to an I7 processor, 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD for under $1,200, but this refurb model has all of that for under $500. I was worried about buying a refurbished unit, but needlessly so. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear it as a brand new PC. Three details to note: (1) it comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard, but doesn’t advertise that fact; (2) You’ll need to add a Wi-Fi card, but that’s cheap and easy: and (3) It has 1 VGA and2 Display Port spots, but no HDMI slots, so make sure your monitor can work with Display Port or VGA ro drop $11 on an adapter to solve the problem. Bottom line: it’s an amazing deal and well, well worth the money.

Like almost everyone else on the planet, I don’t leave reviews unless something REALLY pisses me off or blows me away at what an incredibly good deal it is. This one blew me away, I am amazed at what an incredible deal it is! I hate buying used electronics since its such a crapshoot, you never are sure what you are going to be ending up with refurbs from office returns. This system looks brand new, not even a tiny scratch that I could see, virtually zero problems at all. The seller included a keyboard, mouse and a wifi adapter that was not in the description so that was a pleasant surprise. To be able to get an i7 system with 32gb RAM, a one freaking TB SSD drive and Win10 pro for under $500 is an amazing deal. Beyond pleased!! Although one thing is really ticking me off, I’m kind of bugged that I can’t justify the need for another one 🙂 Go ahead and buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for a good computer as a backup for my aging $1,700 pc that I bought back in 2014. This one has pretty much all the specs my old PC has with a slightly better processor. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and this model met my desired specs. You can’t beat the price.

I bought this renewed computer for my home office to replace an older PC for which I had upgraded parts (1TB SSD, 8GB RAM) and software (Windows 10) over the years but which simply took forever to load on startup or when using programs. The new computer came with specs which would be hard to duplicate (Core i7, 32GB RAM and 1 TB SSD) at three times the price. Blessedly for me, it came with no software other than Windows 10 Pro, meaning there was no bloatware from HP or anyone else to content with. I simply used a program (PC Mover Pro) to automatically transfer my system settings and software from the old PC to the new one, which took about four hours and which went smoothly (I used an ethernet cable, not WIFI, and had to reactivate a few programs with single PC licenses on the new PC). The new PC, with all of the same programs and files as the old one, loads in seconds instead of minutes. The only minor hiccup I had was the new PC was shipped with the wrong DVD drive – a DVD ROM instead of a DVDRW, but after sending a message to the seller and a photo of the wrong player, they sent me a DVDRW drive promptly, which took less than a minute to swap out in the chassis (which comes with a handy latch to remove one side). I’m very happy with the purchase and service.

This is an update to my initial 1 star negative review. I had initiated a return but now I’m going to keep it.This is a refurbished computer. So don’t expect something new. However, I’m writing this review on the computer and it’s super fast. I stream on youtube and this computer can easily handle running streaming software, along with browsing the internet online. I’m also sure that I will be able to figure out how to stream my Xbox games online with this computer. It’s very powerful.I bent the damaged metal back on the usb and Display Port ports so they can still be used. I had to buy two HDMI to Display Port adapters so that I can run my HDMI cords into the computer and my TV’s. However, I also had to buy an audio cable to hook into one of the TV’s for sound. If that doesn’t work well, I will have to buy some stereo speakers………I was very upset when I got this computer yesterday with no HDMI ports but after talking to a computer dude, he informed me that I can just get an adapter. ………….Also, there is nowhere on Amazon or anywhere else where you can get a computer with 32G ram and 1TB SSD for $400. You need to pay at least $1200 for anything similar to this, which is why I switched this review from one star to 5 stars…………..and NO, there is no wifi on this cpu so make sure you can reach your router with an ethernet cord. I want mine hardwired anyway.
