We spent Christmas with family out of state and my parents had a Keurig at their new house. Spent a week with the thing and I fell in love after the 2nd day.I had ours ordered before we even left. Exact same model, different color.Granted, it’s only been a week or so but, we both LOVE it. Even though my husband didn’t understand saying “But, our coffee pot is just fine. We don’t need that!”Nobody NEEDS a Keurig. There are a lot of things that nobody actually NEEDS. That said, it is a really nice addition/upgrade to our morning coffee routine.Do I want a smooth French Vanilla? Maybe a Hazelnut? Do I just want Folgers in my cup? Am I having one of THOSE mornings where I need a giant mug of Starbucks Plus (2x caffeine)? Who cares! I can have all of the above in a single day if I so choose. And hubs and I don’t have to drink the same thing (don’t touch my Starbucks Plus – that stuff ain’t cheap but, it’s worth it if you don’t have to share). While you may not NEED a Keurig, you’ll be happy you spent the money.A word of advice, hold out for it being on sale. It was $99 when I ordered ours. It’s $129 now. I NEVER would have spent $130 on a coffee maker. I’m definitely okay with the $100 investment.

This product is great; however, the “vintage red” color is more of a burgundy that doesn’t match other “vintage red” kitchen accessories like our Kitchen Aide mixer or ice maker. In terms of usability it is similar to the original Kuerig, just really suped up. You can make both larger and smaller cups of hot beverages compared to the original Kuerig which is a big bonus for us because we have oversized cups that weren’t quite filled when we used our original Kuerig.Buyer beware the color matching, probably best to go with black unless you’re able to color match

I have had this Keurig K-cup coffee maker for more than a year. I’ve made hundreds and hundreds of cups of coffee in it. Early on I took one previous reviewer’s advice and waited until the water finished heating before I made my selection as to cup size, and with that one caveat, I have never had a problem with it. The machine works every time. As you can see from the picture, I filter my water with a PUR pitcher-type water filter, and probably because of that I have only gone through two of the Keurig filters. I use the Strong Brew feature all the time, and it really makes a difference. And I like the fact that you have four different cup sizes to choose from. The 52 oz. reservoir is plenty big enough for me, especially considering my PUR pitcher back-up!I used to use my own ground coffee put in a refillable K-cup housing and filter combo (the one I purchased apparently is not available anymore, but there are others like it). That worked fine, and it’s an inexpensive way to go. But I hardly ever do that anymore since I stumbled on Intelligent Blends coffee. I particularly like their Maud’s line for the combination of price and quality (look for them on sale, because they always have sales, and when they do they are about $.33/pod or lower). I’ve tried most of their varieties, depending upon what I feel like at the moment, and I can’t say there’s a bad one in the bunch. But the ones I like the best are the Maud’s In The House and the Kona Lisa blends. I hardly ever go to Starbucks anymore. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I feel bad for the people who have had problems, and in some cases I wonder why that is. At any rate, I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone — just keep in mind the caveat I mentioned above.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to, no issues at all after a month almost and we use it regularly. I love the “Strong Brew” feature, main reason we went with this one, along with the large reservoir. But no complaints so far, I’ll update if anything happens worth revisiting for.Update 4/13/20:So I experienced what I had read that a few other users experienced, where the machine starts spewing the water and grounds through the top where the k-cup is placed. I place the k-cup in, select my desired settings and off it goes. It makes a noise like it’s straining to do it’s job, and nothing comes out. I lift the lid and set it back down, and try again. The third attempt is when the water and grounds start leaking from the top. So I think, “Great, I got one of the bad units I read about…”BUT, as it turns out…the k-cup I was using, its plastic casing was pretty sturdy and the bottom could not be pierced properly, so the k-cup would fill up and overflow. I tried it again with the same brand coffee (Deathwish Coffee), same issue. I tried a Bustelo k-cup, worked fine. So I would recommend to check the k-cups you buy and make sure to check the bottom of the k-cup if your machine overflows. It’s not that the machine is defective and spitting out your coffee, it’s that some k-cup are not as easily pierced at the bottom side as most.Just wanted to share this, since I would think most people would just be like “gotta take this unit back or throw it out…”, but don’t just yet!

I LOVE this coffee machine – it is so beautiful and easy to use. The color is stunning with my kitchen decor. My husband (who does not drink coffee – I know!) even finds this really simple to use when making me my morning pick me up and there are a huge variety of pods you can use with it.* If you found my review helpful, I would love for you to let me know by clicking the ‘helpful’ button!

I had plodded along with a single serve Keurig for years and finally decided to buy one that would make more cups of coffee without doing a wholerefill process. I really like this model. It doesn’t take very long for the water to heat and then it can make multiple cups without waiting long for thenext cup’s water to be hot.

This coffee machine is very lightweight, very efficient and quick brewing. It hardly makes any noise! I had to put my ear close enough to make sure it was working. It only makes a little noise when the coffee if finally dripping into the cup, but that’s expected. Also it was very user-friendly to install. I had mine up and running in under 10mins. I love the matte finish of the plastic, making it finger smudge proof and easy to wipe. I truly recommend this machine.

I love my Keurig! Being able to brew a single cup of GOOD fresh coffee is a game changer…I seldom drank coffee because I don’t drink cup after cup, in fact, a lot of times I just drink one cup in the morning. Even a small 4 cup pot was too much and was awful if left on the heat for several hours or simply wasted if tossed out (even reheating in the microwave was unsatisfactory)…let’s face it, everyone LOVES fresh brewed coffee! Now, every cup is fresh brewed! Also note that pretty much every brand, flavor, and strength of coffee is avaliable in K-cups. For those of us that like bold (strong) coffee, it has a ‘stronger’ button…I like that.

This is the latest Keurig coffee maker. I bought it to replace my eight year old Keurig original model (the one with only two sizes and pretty much nothing else.) That machine held on just long enough to keep me from having to buy one of the over-engineered digital monstrosities that Keurig put out between this one and my first machine. There’s plenty to like about this machine. First off, the aforementioned lack of digital gimmickry, and the wonderful accompanying blessing of no more nonsense about the K-cup not being on Keurig’s list of approved kick-back brands of K-cups. Second, it DOES retain the great idea from the digital machines of a strong brew setting (which I absolutely love.) Third, it has four sizes which is maybe not earth-shaking, but is still kind of nice. One other tiny improvement over my original model is that the compartment stays all the way open instead of springing back down a little like the handle did on my old machine, which is obviously a pretty minor consideration, but one I appreciate to a disproportionate degree.UPDATE: I have owned this machine for just about two years now. It has held up well. BUT I do have one complaint now. There is a small light which indicates when the water level is low. Unfortunately, if you use the larger settings, the water level doesn’t trigger the light to go on until the water is too close to being completely out… which means that if you use the large cup settings, the light doesn’t come on until after you’ve started it (and potentially walked away from the machine.) And because, unlike the original machine, this one starts brewing immediately, sucking water from the tank as it brews instead of pulling in the required amount of water BEFORE it starts the brewing cycle, I sometimes end up getting a half cup (or less) of coffee before the thing shuts down. So you have to remember each time to visually check the actual water level before starting it. The indicator light needs to come on when the water level gets below what is needed for a cup on the largest setting.
